What happens next:
- We check our availability for your date
- We send our full package guide and pricing
- If we are available, we schedule a consultation

Meet with Frank in person at our studio, or over the phone—whatever works best for your schedule.
We will discuss:
- Your vision for the day (candid vs. traditional, must-have moments)
- Venue logistics and timeline
- Package options that fit your needs and budget
- Any questions you have about our approach
No pressure. No hard sell. We want to make sure we are the right fit for your day.
Secure your date with a contract and retainer.
Once you decide to move forward:
- We sign contract outlining all deliverables and timelines
- A 50% retainer secures your date
- The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding
- We accept e-transfer or cash
Your date is now locked in. We turn away all other inquiries for that day.
We get to know your story.
Prior to your wedding:
- We send a detailed questionnaire about your day (vendors, family dynamics, special traditions)
- We schedule a meeting to finalize your timeline two weeks prior to the big day.
- For Platinum packages: We film your engagement session and "Letters to the Future" interview
We coordinate directly with your photographer and venue so everyone is aligned on the day.

We arrive prepared, stay unobtrusive, capture everything.
What to expect:
- We arrive 30-45 minutes before our scheduled start time
- We introduce ourselves to your vendors and wedding party
- We capture candid moments—no posing, no interrupting
- We work seamlessly alongside your photographer
- We stay until 10pm or until formal events conclude (whichever comes first)
