What IS THE PLATINUM PACKAGE?
The Platinum Package is for couples who want to preserve not just their wedding day, but their entire love story.
Beginning with a cinematic engagement film and our exclusive "Letters to the Future" interview session, we capture the anticipation, the emotion, and the promises that lead to your wedding day. Then, on the day itself, you'll have two filmmakers capturing every angle — from aerial drone shots to intimate close-ups — ensuring nothing is missed.
The result? A complete documentary of your relationship: where you've been, the promises you made, and the moment you became husband and wife.
Limited to 5 Platinum bookings per year.
What's included in the Photo + Video bundles?
You get everything in the corresponding Film package AND Photography package, plus coordinated timeline planning and a single point of contact. One team, one vision, seamless coverage.
Booking & Availability
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May–October). We limit ourselves to 25 weddings per year to ensure every couple receives our full attention. Dates in May, June, September and October typically book up first.
How do we secure our date?
A signed contract and 50% retainer secures your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding day. We accept e-transfer or cash.
What happens if you're sick or there's an emergency?
In 20+ years, we've never missed a wedding. However, we have a network of trusted professional videographers and photographers in the Windsor-Essex area who serve as backup. Your contract guarantees coverage regardless of circumstances.
Coverage & Timeline
What time do you arrive and how long do you stay?
Our packages include coverage from preparations through reception. We typically arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to booked timeline and stay until 10pm or until the formal events conclude (whichever comes first). Need us later? We offer hourly extensions at $200/hour.
Do you pose us or is everything candid?
Our style is documentary — we capture real moments as they happen. During portrait sessions, we'll guide you with light direction ("walk toward each other and hug") rather than rigid poses. The result is authentic emotion, not forced smiles.
Will you work with our photographer?
We collaborate seamlessly with photographers at every wedding. We've worked with nearly every major photographer in the Windsor area and pride ourselves on being unobtrusive while ensuring we both get the shots we need.
How long will our film be?
Essential Film packages include a 45–60 minute feature film. Gold Film packages include a 60–90 minute feature film. Both include a separate full ceremony edit and speeches edit. Add-on options include a 3–5 minute highlight reel perfect for sharing online.
Do you use artificial lighting?
We use natural light whenever possible to maintain an authentic feel. For receptions and dark venues, we use professional low-light cameras and subtle off-camera lighting that won't blind guests or ruin the ambiance.
What's included in "fully edited"?
Color correction, exposure adjustment, cropping/straightening, and minor blemish removal. We maintain a natural, timeless editing style
Delivery & Products
When will we receive our photos and film?
Photography galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks. Wedding films are delivered within 12–16 weeks.
How are files delivered?
All packages include your files on a USB drive.
What resolution are the files?
All photos are delivered in high-resolution JPG format (suitable for printing up to poster size). Films are delivered in 1080p HD MP4 format.
Can we share our film on social media?
Absolutely. You receive full personal-use rights.
What happens if ... prevents drone footage?
If weather or venue restrictions prevent safe drone operation, we'll apply that value towards additional teasers you can share on social media.

What's your cancellation policy?
Retainers are non-refundable as they secure your date and turn away other inquiries. However, if you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll apply your retainer to your new date if we're available (within 18 months of original date).
COVID-19 & Contingency
What if we need to postpone due to illness or emergency?
We understand life happens. If you need to postpone due to COVID-19, illness, or family emergency, we'll work with you to find an alternative date within 18 months at no additional charge, subject to availability.
